Float like a Butterfly, Sting like a Bee! PSSC Boxing Fitness is a high-impact workout teaching you the basics of Boxing while toning all the right muscles and giving you a great cardio workout. Boxing Fitness will supplement your weekly workout schedule with an incredibly fun and challenging class. This class will make you look and feel Awesome!

Fees

$200 Per person
$3.50 Processing fee

Fee Includes

6 weeks and 12 classes taught by a licensed Physical Trainer. One t-shirt per class participant and personal boxing gloves are suggested and may be purchased for $20.00 a pair. Hand wraps are suggested as well and may be purchased a Modell's Sporting Goods for $3.99 a set.
